WHAT PAPER DO YOU USE?

Unframed prints use Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 gsm -- 100% cotton rag, acid-free and OBA-free. Framed prints use Hahnemühle Baryta Satin 300 gsm -- alpha-cellulose with barium sulfate coating for maximum tonal depth behind glazing.

WHY TWO DIFFERENT PAPERS?

Photo Rag is matte and reflectionless -- suited for unframed display. Baryta Satin produces the deepest blacks and widest color gamut when viewed behind conservation acrylic.

WHAT FRAMES ARE USED?

Two profiles in matte black solid wood. Block Frame (12x9, 16x12): 1.625-inch face, 1.375-inch depth. Tall Block Frame (24x18 through 48x36): 1-inch face, 2.25-inch depth. All hand-inspected at Bay Photo Lab.

WHAT ARE THE WHITE BORDERS ON UNFRAMED PRINTS?

White borders on all sides from 1.0 to 2.5 inches. They protect the image and provide a margin for matting or framing.

WHAT IS AN ACRYLIC FACE MOUNT?

Printed on LexJet Lustre, face-mounted behind quarter-inch polished acrylic glass on DiBond aluminum composite. Edge-to-edge, frameless, ready to hang via French Cleat.

HOW ARE PRINTS PRODUCED?

Every piece is individually produced to order at Bay Photo Lab in Scotts Valley, California.

Each piece is individually produced to your exact specifications. All sales are final. If your artwork arrives with a production defect or shipping damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery at peter4arts@web.de with photographs. HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?

Fine art prints and acrylic face mounts (Bay Photo Lab): 5-7 business days. Gift and decor items: 3-7 business days.

WHAT ABOUT THE GIFT AND DECOR COLLECTION?

Art reproductions on archival-quality materials -- postcards, ornaments, coasters, candles, puzzles, pillows, canvas, and framed posters. Produced by certified US print partners.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We take great care in packaging every order. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us at peter4arts@web.de within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damage and your order number, and we will work with you to find a solution.

CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM SIZE?

At this time, we offer prints only in the sizes listed on each product page. If you have a specific request, feel free to reach out to us at peter4arts@web.de and we will let you know what is possible.

WHY DID I RECEIVE TWO PACKAGES?

If your order included items from different product categories (e.g., a Fine Art Print and a Mug), each item is produced at a separate facility and ships independently. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
