Return Policy

Every print is made to order. Nothing is pulled from stock, so we ask you to choose with care — and if we get it wrong, we make it right.

If you change your mind

Unframed prints can be refunded within thirty days of your order date, which is roughly two weeks after the print arrives. Write to studio@divineeditions.com with your order number and we will confirm how to proceed. Once the return is agreed, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

Framed works

A frame is built around the print for that one order, so framed works are not covered by the thirty-day refund. If you are unsure about a size, order the unframed sheet first.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Send a photograph to studio@divineeditions.com within fourteen days of delivery. We replace the work or refund it in full, at our cost, framed or not. Where the photograph tells us everything we need, we settle it without asking for the work back.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within seven working days of our confirmation, to the payment method you used. There is no restocking fee and no handling charge.

This policy applies to orders placed in our United States shop. Customers in Germany have a statutory right of withdrawal, set out in the German shop at divineeditions.com/de-de.
