Two variations on Vermeer's Girl with a Pearl Earring: one painted as if from memory, the pearl staying while the face steps back, and a second, icier one in heavy texture and cool blue with one red accent.

Both are portrait sheets in the same size. Hung side by side, with a hand's width between them, they read as one quiet pair.

Printed to order on Hahnemühle German Etching, 310 gsm, with pigment inks, in the United States. Each sheet carries a white border and comes with its own certificate.
